Cornelia Hale was born May 10, 1991 and she is the fourth member of W.I.T.C.H., she was once a wedding guest on July 1995, there was Irma and Martin's Aborted Wedding in New York, and then she was crying when it was their aborted wedding, then she was cheered up the next day. She is played by Sandy Harris from 1995-2000 and 2009 to present. She is voiced by Christel Khalil from the CBS Daytime Soap opera The Young and the Restless.
Chronology: Sonic X[]
Sonic was grabbed by a woman from Finland, and she is speaking Finnish to Amy Rose, telling her where the money is before she shoots at him. Then Tails runs downstairs seeing a woman from Finland. Tails told her, let go of Sonic or else. Her name is Reija Heiskanen. Tails distracted her making Amy Rose wrestle the gun away from her to Sonic escape from Reija Heiskanen.
First part[]
- Reija: Rikoin kodin, Amy Rose.
- Amy: What are you going to do to Sonic?
- Reija: Aion tappaa häntä, ja aseen käteeni.
- Amy: Oh no! She's got a gun in her hand! Tails!
- Tails: I'm coming, Amy! Who are you?
- Amy: She's the woman from Finland.
- Reija: Kerro minulle, missä rahat ovat.
- Amy: I'll just go to the bank and write a check.

- Cornelia: There must be a pencil here somewhere. Ah, there it is.
- Sonic: Cornelia, there's a woman in a house with a gun!
- Cornelia: What?
- Sonic: There was a woman from Finland, and she's speaking Finnish, and there was a fight going on between her and Amy Rose!
- Cornelia: Listen, Sonic. I'm going to be in guardian of the Kandrakar, and I'm going to tell her to drop the weapon before the police arrvies. You stay here with Lillian, Sonic. And lock the door behind me. Okay?
- Sonic: Got it.
- Cornelia: Lock the door, Sonic!
